Loving what you see in the mirror... isn't that an amazing thought?
by VictoriaDaley

Loving what you see in the mirror... isn't that an amazing thought?

But that wouldn't help me to lose weight? How can the way I look at myself have anything to do with losing fat?

I had my doubts as well. And for a long time I was skeptical to Laura Fenamore's program. But suddenly I felt it all just click into place.

It all makes sense now, and science has actually proved this to be true as well. Loving yourself does affect pretty much every physical problem you could think of.

The focus here is, rather than fixing a problem like excess fat by tiresome exercises, or ineffective diets and weight loss pills.... you need to find the solution right where the problem started - the inside.

Nothing outside your body has a chance to make you fat. Maybe you can admit that, maybe you cannot, but you've made yourself fat - from inside.

And you have to turn inwards to fix the problem.

I hope this makes sense? Maybe, just maybe, it does. But it might not, until you experience your own "light bulb" moment.

And does this philosophy work? Sure it makes sense in its own right, but how about in the real world?

You bet it works. Since I started taking Laura Fenamore's Body Image Mastery course- Loving What You See In The Mirror - I have lost over 50 pounds and I feel joyful in my day to day living.

There are no guarantees that this will work for you, but I've read and heard so many stories of success. And Laura herself managed to drop more than 100 pound in less than a year. So this girl knows her stuff!
