If I had the opportunity to select one person for a medal for valour, every day of the week my choice would be - Laura Fenamore.
Laura is out on a mission: To put and end to weight problems in this part of the world.She wants to help people to love themselves and to lose weight.
Is she nuts? may be your answer to that. She's not brave, she's stupid... Well, I kind of disagree with you there. It's not such a hopeless mission after all, since her course actually works.
As for the courage, Laura Fenamore states that the billion dollar weight loss industry is nothing but a huge fraud. They want us to believe in their fad diets and fantastic fat loss pills. But they don't want us to lose weight. They want us to continue buying their products!
I agree with Laura Fenamore, and I am glad that she tries to tell the truth to the world. I, too, know the truth. I have tried so many of their diets. I bought their miracle pills. I exercised. All was in vain. Sometimes I managed to lose some weight. But they bounced right back at me.
