Isn't that the main fear of everyone on a diet? Being hungry all the time. That fear of never getting enough food. Well, in this article I'll show you how to lose weight by eating more.

I'm not going to lie to you and tell you that you can eat all the cake, candy, and potato chips you want. But if you choose the right foods, you can indeed increase your food intake.

I'm guessing you've seen headlines like this before and thought that it was a bunch of crap, but were secretly hoping it could be true. Well, I'm here to tell you it can be true but it does involve making some different food choices.

If you increase your intake of fruits and vegetables along with whole grains and lean proteins and decrease your intake of all processed foods, you'll find that this whole "losing weight" thing really isn't as hard as you thought. For example, a Big Mac meal is over 1,400 calories itself. And I know a lot of people who are still hungry after putting all those calories in their body because the food isn't filling.

On the other hand, you could have had a whole wheat bagel with some peanut butter, yogurt, an apple, a salad, soup, popcorn, broiled fish, steamed veggies, and even a baked potato and still only consumed as many calories as you would have with the Big Mac meal.

It may sound like I'm oversimplifying things, and to some extent I am. but the real key to dieting success really lies in making better choices than you're making now. Diet plans and products can certainly help, but the real key to you succeeding on a diet is you.
